Participants will learn how to help improve their brain health including composite memory, verbal memory, executive function, sustained attention, processing speed, and more. We will explore the groundbreaking work of several doctors and neuroendocrinologists that have progressed our understanding of brain health. The goal of this presentation is that all participants will leave with new tools to improve their own quality of life.
