Bad Art Night

No Artistic skills? No problem! In this event you will be encouraged to create terribly tacky works of “Art”. A great date night without the pressure of Valentines’ Day! Compete as a 2-person team or individual. Everyone will be supplied with basic art supplies, and some more unconventional ones. After creating, we will hold a badly put-together gallery show where we will vote on the WORST one. The winner will receive a trophy and the accolade of being the Best Bad Artist around. Healthy Living: Yoga & Journaling
Thursday, February 23rd, 5:30-7:00pm
In this workshop, we will use both journaling and yoga as a way to explore what forgiveness is. As a way to fully explore what it means to forgive ourselves and others, we will journal about what the words mean, and then move with yoga to allow another form of expression. This is an introductory workshop for adults. Come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat/towel, a notebook, and a pen/pencil.
