Living Well with Chronic Pain’ is a six-week workshop that gives you tools and techniques to help those that suffer (and those caring for someone) from chronic pain conditions. You will learn tools such as appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength and endurance, balancing activity with rest, tools for over-coming worst-case thinking, how our minds affect pain, and how we can use our minds to lessen pain, healthy eating, action-planning, and much more!
