Need tech assistance? Join us for our drop-in tech class facilitated by knowledgeable volunteers from Hewlett Packard (HP). Whether you’re seeking help with your phones, iPads, computers, or any other tech-related queries, your questions will be answered. From setting up emails to navigating social media and optimizing your devices, they’ve got you covered.

10 Warning Signs – Alzheimer’s
Friday, April 12th, 1:30pm
Learn the warning signs that may be symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Early diagnosis provides a chance to begin drug therapy, enroll in clinical studies, start early planning, and access support from the Alzheimer’s Association

Sound Bath Immersive Music Meditations
Wednesdays, 1:15pm & Saturday, April 27th at 12:00pm, Ages 18+
Soundwell Boise is two to five skillful ambient musicians, who weave together a multi-texture tapestry of calming tones played on crystal and metal singing bowls, steel tongue drums, bronze gongs, ambient keyboard, wood flutes, melodic chimes, and more. The intent is to help you relax, release stress and tension, and access a state of enhanced wellness. You are fully immersed in a sea of serene sound, often experiencing multiple waves of ever-deepening inner peace!
Qigong

Qigong is an ancient Chinese health practice similar to Tai Chi in which you engage your mind, body, and spirit in a gentle way. Pick up and return waivers at the front desk.
The Women’s & Children’s Alliance
Third Wednesday of the month, 1:00-3:00pm
The Women’s & Children’s Alliance provides safety, healing and freedom from domestic abuse and sexual assault. The WCA operates secure shelters and provides professional counseling, legal advocacy, crisis services and case management to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.
