Garden City Library's Wishlist!
Want to donate to the library? Wonder what we need? Here are some ideas.
We are in constant need of the following items:
- Nonperishable snacks/drinks to hand out on Bells for Books
- Name tags (any kind "Hello my name is...")
- Any arts and craft materials, but especially Markers (washable), Construction paper (any color), Glue/gluesticks, Paint (tempera is great for all ages)
- Velcro
- Fun giveaway books
- Fun giveaway prizes (Summer reading this year is focused on water) we need prizes for all ages 0-100.
- Puppets, especially wild animals that live in Idaho (right now we are looking for a goose, sheep, fox and snake)
- Stamps for young kids (like dinosaurs, cars and trucks, sports and fairy tales) and washable ink pads.
- Stickers for kids
Our Big ticket Dream Items:
- Patio between the Library and the River
- New Carpet - $45-60K
