Library Card Application
To obtain a Library Card: Print the pdf version of the Library Card application and then complete the form. Bring the completed application to the Circulation Counter at the Garden City Library -- you will need to provide a current drivers license with your Garen City address or another proof of current address (such as a piece of mail or phone bill).
